Pet lovers actually know that a pet is one member more in the family, so why shouldn´t our pet travel with us? Pets are welcome in g3 galeón!!

Pets Policy
Our aparthotel allows pets of maximum 15 kg, one pet per room.
Your pet’s accommodation comes with a supplement of 5€/night and your friend will not be able to stay alone in the room, so get to know the city and enjoy it together!
Here are the conditions to stay with your pet:
The owner of the pet is fully responsible for any damage that may occur. Any damage caused will be paid by the owner of the animal.
The owner must sign a contract of responsibility at the time of arrival and present a credit card as security for the pet’s access to the property or leave a deposit of 150€ in cash. In the event that the damage exceeds this amount, the customer will pay the remaining amount up to the completion of the expenses incurred. The deposit will be returned on the day of the customer’s departure, once it has been verified that no damages of any kind have occurred.
The size of the pet must not exceed 15 kg.
Only one pet is allowed per room. The number of rooms that admit pets is limited. Check availability with the hotel.
All pets carry a fixed daily supplement of 5€.
Pets cannot stay alone in the rooms at any time, except at specific times of lunch and/or dinner, never for more than an hour and a half each time.
The owner should always leave a contact mobile phone at the reception desk to let you know if the pet is disturbing other hotel guests.
The pet cannot access catering areas.
The use of a belt or carrier is obligatory when passing through the common areas.
The customer must remove the pet from the room when cleaning the room.
The owner is responsible for collecting your pet’s physiological needs at all times.
It is forbidden to use bedding, pillows, towels, etc… for pet use.
The owner must bring the usual resting space and containers of food and drink from the pet.
Vaccination cards will be required as well as that the pet is in optimal conditions of hygiene.
The customer is responsible for the noises the pet can make and will ensure that the pet does not disrupt or affect the tranquility of other guests. If the hotel determines that the pet affects other hotel guests, the hotel may request in its absolute discretion that the pet be accommodated outside of the hotel.
The G3 Galeon Aparthotel reserves the right to terminate the hosting contract if the pet disturbed other hosted customers, without any right to claim or compensation from the customer and immediately.
